Additionally, Danville VA PD utilizes real-time alerting of hotlist vehicles to locate missing, wanted, and endangered persons and associated vehicles. Access Policy
All system access and queries require a documented and valid law enforcement purpose. The system maintains indefinite audit records of access and queries.
Hotlist Policy
Hotlist hits alone do not constitute cause for law enforcement action. All hits must be verified prior to law enforcement action.
