Odessa TX PD utilizes retroactive search to solve crimes after they've occurred. Additionally, Odessa TX PD utilizes real time alerting of hotlist vehicles to locate wanted individuals, stolen property, and vehicles, as well as locate and safely return missing and vulnerable persons and children.
