Sterling Heights MI PD utilizes retroactive search to solve crimes after they've occurred. Additionally, Sterling Heights MI PD utilizes real time alerting of hotlist vehicles to capture wanted criminals. Access Policy

Success Story
In October 2023 a subject went into House of Chan and stole the tip jar off the counter. Employees were able to provide a description of a possible vehicle and suspect. The Detective was able to search FLOCK based on vehicle description and partial plate. A suspect was identified and charged with Larceny in a Building (4 year felony).
