Amber Alert: Missing/Endangered child associated with a known vehicle CCIC: Colorado Crime Information Center Hotlist: List(s) comprised of vehicle license plates added to the system by NCIC or CCIC for purposes such as vehicles associated with missing persons, warrants, stolen vehicles, stolen license plates, or other criminal offenses. CUPD may enter license plates into a list for purposes such as persons excluded from the University of Colorado Boulder campus and person(s) who pose a threat to persons or property on the University of Colorado Boulder campus.
